Calkins Creek Vineyard  --> This is the site of the "next farm over".  They produce a selection of wines from the grapes grown on site from French and American hybrid vines in the beautiful Northeastern Pennsylvania countryside. Fresh air, brilliant sunshine and hearty rains and winds all aid in the high quality of their wines. All wines are aged in American and French oak barrels. 

Fox Hill Farm --> A second generation farm tucked in the foothills of the Poconos, Fox Hill Farm  homestead was built in 1896.  It has been the dream of the current Brown generation to make the farm a quiet, country escape for family, friends and guests . . .

Life of the Eel Man --> "No brag, just fact!" Ray Turner, also known as "The Eel Man," is one of the most interesting characters ever to cross paths with Rough Terrain and GreenWorks.

Visit Wayne County --> It's no secret. Wayne County is a great place to visit. Wayne County, nestled within the Pocono Mountains, is famous as a vacation playground. The combination of an unsurpassed natural environment and top-notch facilities and accommodations have produced good times and pleasant memories for millions.  Pay close attention to the farm pictured on the main page.

Wayne County Farmers Market --> The market kicks-off on May 24th.  Check out the site for details on the market, including a full list of producers and artisans.

Tyler Hill Farm Country Inn --> Victorian house and barn restored to their grand style, situated just minutes from the Delaware River. Located on a working farm with livestock and gardens. Two rooms in the main house and six suites in barn. All have private baths.

The Lodge at Keen Lake --> The Lodge at Keen Lake brings luxury and the comforts of home to the Poconos year-round. Each unit features deluxe memory foam mattresses, jacuzzi bath tub, stocked kitchenette and dining area.  This is a fantastic place to bunk when exploring Wayne County and the Upper Delaware River Valley.  

E Kellog Bed & Breakfast --> As one of Bethany's original homes, set right on the town green, the E Kellogg B&B is known for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and genuine hospitality.

Sustainable Table  -->  This site is an absolutely excellent resource to eating well, sustainable agriculture, buying local and the benefits of small family farms.  You can use their search engine to search for farms, stores, restaurants and bed and breakfasts that support these themes.  You can find us by searching on zip code 18431.

Farm Aid  -->  This organization, primarily known for the mammoth rock shows they put on annually, is another great resource that supports good food, family farmers and a better America.  Last year's show was held in our area due to the quickly dwindling number of small family farms in the Delaware River Valley.

PASA  -->  PASA the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture.  They're promoting profitable farms which produce healthy food for all people while respecting the natural environment

Pennsylvania Farmstead & Artisan Cheese Alliance  -->  This is Pennsylvania's Farmstead and Artisan Cheese Alliance website.  Using this site you can locate other Pennsylvania farms producing great tasting cow and goat milk cheeses.

Local Harvest -->  You can use this site to find farmers' markets, family farms, and other sources of sustainably grown food in your area, where you can buy produce, grass-fed meats, and many other goodies.
