We just picked up our 1/4 cow and all we can say is wow! We are so excited and feel like kids in a candy store. Can't wait to cook up some steaks and burgers. Thanks again for offering such an important service to our community. Brings a new meaning to "know your farmer, know your food."

One of our members of the Calkins Family Association mentioned your delicious cheeses. I would like to give you some publicity with an article in our quarterly newletter. I assume the name "Calkins" came from Calkins Road and Calkins Creek in that area. Do you know how they got that name and the name of the Calkins who they were named for?

We love providing our customers with access to your wonderful cheeses. We've changed our name from Farm Fresh Express to Harvest Local Foods, and can now be found at www.harvestlocalfoods.com. If you could update the link on your website that would be great!
