Dear Emily, Thank you again for letting us try your new "Georgic" cheese. It was excellent! As I mentioned in the creamery the smell reminded me of "Quark". Well that taste reminded me as well. It is amazing how food tastes can trigger your memory.

Hi, I bought some of your Smoke Signal Cheese at Whole Foods in Pittsburgh, and I had to write to let you know how much I enjoyed it. With the first taste, I knew that I was really going to like it.
